Sometimes you don't have to tell much about people you meet in your life. The only thing that matters that you really happy to meet them. That is definitely the case with Chérmelle d'Edwards the coffeetographer, writer and documentarian of the coffee culture at its people.
We met on bright afternoon full of positive vibes. Chérmelle has picked the place and it happened that it is my favorite spot on Abbot Kinney blvd. with new small and yet very original coffee shop. The name - Another Kind of Sunrise - perfectly reflects the mood. I like to observe how small places like this, Californian sun, art around and creative spirit connect people. When someone puts his soul to what he does that feeling happens.
All roads lead to Venice. Sometimes I feel that way in my life. So here we were drinking our buttery brew with Ghee from lovely Lela. Seating on the floor, meeting artisans and artists, smiling, talking about photography, art, coffee and tea. Receiving Chérmelle's contour art as a gift was just beyond my imagination. Chérmelle is such an inspiration!
I keep smiling to this positive and open world and I can't wait to share some highlights from that day.

Иногда не нужно много говорить о людях, которых ты встречаешь на пути. Самое важное, что ты счастлив встретить их. Наша встреча с Chérmelle d'Edwards the coffeetographer как раз такой случай. Chérmelle писатель и документалист современной кофе культуры и людей ей принадлежащих.
Яркий день, наполненный позитивными флюидами. Chérmelle выбирала место и оказалось, что это моя любимая точка в маленькой Венеции, где открыто новое маленькое, но очень оригинальное кафе. Название - Another Kind of Sunrise - как нельзя лучше передает атмосферу. Мне очень нравится наблюдать, как такие местечки, калифорнийское солнце, искусство вокруг и творческий дух объединяют людей. Когда человек вкладывает свою душу в дело, которым он занимается и возникает это чувство.
Все дороги ведут на Венис, иногда я ощущаю себя подобным образом в своей жизни. Так мы пили наш кофе с маслом гхи от очаровательной Лелы. Сидя на полу, встречая местных художников улыбаясь, говоря о фотографии, искусстве, кофе и чае. Ну и конечно, я и представить не могла такой радости, как получить в подарок контурный рисунок Chérmelle. Она невероятное вдохновение!
Я продолжаю улыбаться этому открытому и прекрасному миру и мне не терпится поделиться моментами того дня.
